Orientation sessions are required for clients new to Pilates and GYROTONIC® exercise.

Our Policies:
- All sessions are to be paid for in advance.
- Your responsible to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. Any appointments missed or canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full price of your session to cover studio fee and the cost of your instructor’s time.
- If you have a private and cannot make your cancellation within a 24-hour period, please consider giving your session to a friend or family member who may appreciate the opportunity to be introduced to Pilates with Pillar of Strength. In such an event, your instructor will appreciate the courtesy of advance warning for preparation purposes.
- All packages are non-refundable.
- Packages purchased will expire in 3 months from date of purchase.
- Instructors may be substituted without notice.
Health Conditions:
It is each individual clients responsibility to decide whether Pilates and GYROTONIC® is suitable for their particular condition. Pilates and GYROTONIC® is classified as “exercise”, not stretching or therapy. Please be sure to confer with your health practitioner whether exercise is appropriate and advise your instructor of any conditions or concerns.
Please inform your instructor if you are taking prescribed drugs that may be relevant to your session.
